the location is excellent with nearby skyscrapers and lake view room options i found the food served daily to be tasty with lot of variety at breakfast and dinner. i found the service to be excellent from the valet and reception to the restaurant and housekeepers i particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room design.

i found the gym very nice. it probably is the best one i've ever seen in a hotel. the rooms are great. the staff is very helpful too.
the reception lobby looks big in the picture, but it is not in real life.

This hotel was wonderful! the hotel is very beautiful and the service was beyond amazing. everything was perfect, cleanliness, professionalism, respect, and an atmosphere even better than i expected. the location was also excellent. It was very central and close to everything. i would like to give special thanks to mounir and boutina for their kind attitude. they are beautiful inside and out, always serving with a smile on their faces. the hotel is very lucky to have them. the hotel is amazing, perfect location, and i will return!
I found the music from the pool in my room a little loud at times. It made it hard to sleep.

the gym had excellent equipment.
the noise insulation was lacking. i clearly heard neighbors and street traffic. black out blinds did not fully block light, this was also an issue.
